My name is David Pedersen, I am involved with commercial and residential property development.
The "sell2me" concept is a new way of buying and leasing residential and commercial property. We are changing the way people will be thinking about Real Estate.
This will be a fresh new approach and as such we are looking for a clean clever design the makes people think about who we are and what we have to offer.
Our company is new and we are looking at taking our innovative way of dealing with Real Estate to a global market who is ready for change. Were doing this because we want to put the control of the real estate transaction and searching function back in the hands of the buyers not in the hands of real estate brokers.

Our Target audience is people from all walks of life who need a roof over their head (I think that is every body) and have access to a computer and the web. We all have a shelter need whether you are renting/leasing accommodation or you want to own it.
People want to be engaged in the process of buying/renting a home, they want the market to come to them and show them what is available, currently people who are looking for property have to actively go out and look. People who are selling/leasing sit back and let the brokers do the work.
We want to give the power back to the buyers let them control the process.

- Warm and inviting but still trustworthy. People need to feel that they are welcome and are in good hands, and are not going to find our business complicated. Trust is a big part of the real estate transaction market.
- Want to portray credibility. Real Estate will be most peoples single biggest transaction in their lives, they need to know that when they come to us we are not a fly by night business.
- Because we are a startup need to be in step with current trends. Modern, Modern, Modern.... this is innovative business therefore lets have an innovative logo.
- Incorporate the words "Where the market comes to you" as our byline.
