Pelican is a faster and simpler approach to making beer at home. Customers order kits online and then receive at home a patented product that creates a unique beer making experience, coupled with an online community to share what they make and order more ingredients. We stress the social aspect of our product and need for our consumer to share experiences during occasions where the beer is consumed. Our target audience is 24-36 years of age, working professional, hyper-online and social media driven, low on time, and lives in mid to large US cities. We are strongly looking to break the conventional older/complicated attitude towards making beer at home to be appealing to a new generation of makers. Simple, understandable, beautiful.
