This fall I was looking for a creative new logo and entered my design profile in a 99designs logo contest. Over 300 logos were submitted and I was very impressed with the variety of ideas from the designers.
Adem was awarded the logo winner as his design was creative, clean and concise, and met my design brief perfectly. Adem was great to work with as he modified the design until it was exactly what I was looking for to represent my company and my brand. He skillfully adjusted the blue color until it was just what I needed--a blue variation that really popped, but in a classic fashion. He also added more definition to the feather, which pulled the three parts of the logo together perfectly.
I'd highly recommend Adem for his creativity, ability to follow the design brief, and willingness to work diligently until the logo design was perfected.

Very high quality work and easy to communicate with. Very efficient and replies quickly. I would highly recommend.
- Yudi Hendrawan™
Yudi did a great job with his design for my company. Changes were made as instructed and in a timely fashion. I was under a time crunch and he worked to meet my deadline. His work stands out with his attention to details and his firm understanding complex graphic applications. Yudi is also a video editor. His design will soon be an animated introduction on all our online videos.
We had a great experience working with Mbembet! We got the design we requested in a short amount of time and love our new logo. Thanks!
Anggora really worked with us to continually make small modifications to an already great design. They submitted to the brief and were quick to respond. We would definitely recommend working with them in the future.

Currently my editing and writing projects are nonfiction business, business proposal creation, client corporate reporting, website content editing and resumes, and I work with small businesses and individuals. In the future I'd like to expand and work with authors including editing fiction (mysteries), nonfiction (biographies), publishing a children's book, photography submissions for art fairs/calendars, etc. So, I'd like a logo that is timeless--as the brand evolves and grows it remains relative to the brand (avoiding the trendy). My website is http://www.hjpcommunications.com. (Note: Don't worry about current colors on my website. Those can always be updated/changed.)
A few other tips:
* Clean-looking & easy-to-read
* The image looks good in black and white as well as the color version
* Must be scalable
* Approachable / not too harsh or off-putting
* Prefer round edges over sharp edges
* The HJP needs to be decipherable (and not look like HP or hip)
* Would like to avoid using yellow or dark brown (tan is fine)
* Represents brand well
* The current need is to update my business cards. However, I'd like
the logo to transfer well to letterhead, postcards and the web too.
