Great quick turn around and was response to all emails and requests. Would definitely use him again.
Great work and communication. Will work with 23K again.
Pero was great at every step of the way and listened to our needs and likes.
I really enjoyed working with him on getting our logo design finalized.
Maja was VERY quick to respond! I posted my brief and she came back to me 2min later. Once we agreed on the work, I thought she would come back to me the following day with draft ideas but to my surprise, an hour later following our discussion she gave me suggestions! We did not have to change a lot, it was already good from the start! I recommend her!
amazing work thank you so much
Jose is great. He really helped me along the way and was patient with me figuring things out.

Mulberry Lofts is a boutique nano apartment community built in a converted historic Kansas City garment factory building (originally built in 1908) that will house 26 apartments. The interior will feature original hardwood floors, stairwells, banisters, high tin ceilings, etc. There are 6 floor-plans named after our favorite trees (Willow, Cedar, Redwood, Alder, Cherry, Juniper).
For our logo, we want to draw upon the natural elements of the forest and wild berries without over-doing this aspect. The logo should draw inspiration from these elements while being easy to read (painted on a building as well as on stationary and business cards). It should be stylized yet not overly-ornate. Cool and hip, but not too pre-fab or corporate. We have preserved many of the original signs of wear and tear in the building and it would fine to reflect this distressed element in a font/logo.
The core target market is millennials who will rent apartments from us.
