My name is Mike and I am one of the owners of the lifestyle brand Nikki Beach (http://www.NikkiBeach.com) with 15 venues in 9 countries, clothing line, fragrance, music label, hotels, clubs and restaurants. We target the extremely affluent luxury leisure market around the world. our newest project is a Night Club, Beach Club (poolside) and restaurant in Las Vegas at the Tropicana.
In our marketing program for our new Nikki Beach in Las Vegas we are going to create a side company that will focus on what is "Hip" in Las Vegas so we can show our 3 million+ customers what else is hip and cool to do in Las Vegas besides Nikki Beach. We know our customers will want to see what else they can do during their stay in Las Vegas and we want a media site that is not so commercial or focusing on discounts like all the rest so we can drive our customers to what is "Hip".
By creating a new company and brand HipLasVegas.com other business can work with it as it wont be competition and we can help become the point of contact for "Hip" tourism in Las Vegas.
HipLasVegas.com will consist of weekly videos shows, interviews, Hip Hotels - restaurants - shows - tours and things to do in Las Vegas. It will also have booking & reservation engines for all of the above topics.

Our target audience will be the the Hip crowd of ages 25 - 55 that are looking for what is considered hip and cool in Las Vegas.
I am requiring 2 formats 1. a logo design that can be used on the web and print. 2. a configuration or layout for a website header.
Since the concept is what is Hip and cool in Las Vegas the logo should be very Hip and cool.
