JoyBirds -- Be Adventurous, Wake Up To Work You Love
I am a solopreneur who has realized her life's purpose: to help people who are tired of waking up to work they hate, finally wake up to work they love. If they work with me, they'll learn how to connect with their passion, and create income streams to support them in their passion. My niche is creative career consulting - but I plan to help cube dwellers as well as wanna-be travelers, vagabonders, and anyone who wants to treat life is an adventure.
Therefore, my logo should be hip, sexy, adventurous, and really stand out. However, my business and coaching practice is for serious clients - so the logo should still have some crisp enough sensibility to it that people take the business seriously.
The business is called JoyBirds because it's for those 'birds' or people who have made a conscious decision to live life joyfully, with purpose and meaning.
My audience will more than likely be women, aged 25-45 years old, who resonate with the message that they can wake up to passionate work once they connect with their strengths and talents, and create a vision for themselves, and then learn how to create income streams for their passion.
Sexy, Adventurous, Strong, Passionate -- or women who aspire to be -- is the brand.
I really like design or logo that looks professional, but which conveys a sense of joy and adventure about life.
I need a logo which I can build my brand around - so it needs to be strong, but not too elegant and certainly not too playful - the name of the business is playful, so I want the logo to be more concrete.
I need a logo which is serious enough to attract attention from women who have money to spend on training with me, and who see my brand as a step-by-step process to realizing their full potential.
The logo should incorporate the name and it's tagline--
Business Name: JoyBirds
Business Tagline: Be Adventurous, Wake Up To Work You Love
Again, the brand is serious - helping people to tune in to their life's work and learning steps to make it happen, but the idea is fun, sexy, adventurous.
I don't like logos which are woo-woo and too vague or spiritual.
I have a slight preference for feminine design because my audience is 90% women.
I like this woman's logo because she really looks professional:
Although I think the design is dated and I don't care for the color, I do like the fact that her design looks like a brand.
