High Park Village needs your help to drag its logo into the 21st century.

No slogan. Just the name "Minto" and its branding, and the name of the community, "High Park Village"

High Park Village is an established rental property with 3 buildings in Toronto's beautiful High Park neighbourhood. Minto is the parent company and provides high quality rental accommodations.

The working value proposition is History Renewed, which will juxtapose the idea of the strong history of the area and the building, with the idea of renewal and things more modern. The logo will similarly have to walk this careful line between appearing modern, but also having strong elements tied to history. We have an older version of the logo but need to modernize it. Make it more contemporary and relevant. Target for this community: Primary: Young professionals. Brand aware. Active, social, enjoy spending time with friends (old and new) and family. Secondary: Young families. Active and social. Possible uses of logo: Web page, signage and flags, brochures, sponsorships, paper forms, uniforms (C- likely not uniforms, but for this one, we need something that will work well across most/all applications for the future eg. hats, etc, so figured it was easier to say uniforms, decals for cars, windows or doors
