It was developed to get healthcare employees motivated to want to be a part of an opportunity to earn rewards for delivering outstanding quality of care to their patients - think SUPERHERO
The H.E.R.O (healthcare employee reward opportunity) System is a proprietary tool aimed to increase the transparency, accountability and quality of patient care through an tablet-based, employee-specific survey. The software translates patient satisfaction (based on 5 core categories) into monetary rewards that can be redeemed by employees, serving as a motivator as well as a data collector for administrative purposes.
The software organizes and graphically represents the survey results on an Administrative dashboard, serving as a management tool for giving the proper feedback necessary to maximize employee engagement. With its implementation, the goal is to lessen turnover, increase morale and provide an outlet for patients and patient family members to express their opinions.
