The Brief

About us

We are a group of 6 urologists who recently merged (3 with UroSurgery Associates and 3 with Urologic Consultants of Northwest Indiana. We provide urologic medical/surgical care and are the largest group in Lake County Indiana. We are trying to get a logo to "brand" our combined group to use on our web site, letterhead, printed information and emails for a unifying logo.
