The Early Childhood Council provides comprehensive support for children and their families through family support programming and referrals to comprehensive services. The council represents up to forty community partners, such as public schools, Head Start, child care centers, mental health providers, social service agencies, as well as independent business leaders/individuals that work collaborately to support the needs of children and families.
