We work to prevent violence in relationships of all kinds, including sexual assault and bullying by equipping young people with the insight that authentic strength is expressed by being above abusing one's size or situation over another. A culture of authentic strength is one in which people are seen as equals and treated with respect in relationships of all kinds. Our purpose is to help schools and organizations evolve their cultures into one's in which all people are above abusing their size, status or situations and believe in treating others with respect. It's about a paradigm shift about what truly expresses strength and what is thought to show strength but really expresses weakness.
We provide speaking programs, workshops, and develop educational programs for colleges, fraternities and sororities, and high schools and middle schools.
The target audience is youth and those who work with youth. Think cool but classic, appealing to college students as a general target area. Not childish but not boring. Clients are adults who work with youth, but the audience our organization is created for is young people.
This is not about physical strength or health and fitness. The point is that true strength is about internal strengths like integrity and living by ethics rather than abusing one's power, which actually takes no strength and expresses weakness.
