Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Freshly prepared organic and high quality non-organic vegetable and fruit juices. The logo is for a juice bar, but the business will involve lunchtime deliveries of juice and salad boxes. There is a vegetable bias to our juice content making them very nutritious. They not only promote good health, but they taste amazing!
Our goal is to help individuals to ingest more nutrients as part of their diet. This is a social enterprise, with a mission to improve people's health by increasing veg intake. Strong health promotion undertones to the brand, but we need this brand identity to appeal to a wide market, not just the health conscious.
Target market: First outlet is in an organic supermarket and so the brand will need to work well in this environment. Food conscious shoppers at hisbe.co.uk. We don't want to be restricted to this market however and will work around the student market 18-25, but focus on 26-45 urban prosperity clientele.
Our brand needs to have an 'organic food' element, but still be fun enough to entice passing trade and reach out to those not so health aware.
