Our service/ product:-
• Ours is a chain of outlets which serve - Sandwich/ Pasta/ Desert/ Drinks - Core focus being on Sandwich.
• Sandwiches are easy to eat & go in a packaging which also serves as a plate
• We are a take-away & home delivery option based outlet only & there is no dine-in experience.
• Our forte is Grilled sandwich & we ensure that it stays hot when it reaches the buyer within 30 minutes of order time.
Our TG (Target Group)
• Busy Students/ anybody at home who need tasty/ healthy/ easy to eat food. They do not want prices as expensive as a Subway in India, but equally filling. Subway sells at average of Rs 150 (USD 3) Vs our average price of Rs 80 (USD 1.50)
• Individuals who want a quick bite of - tasty/ healthy/ easy to eat food, which can be delivered in 30 minutes. These people are also bored of their cafeteria food.

About product & services
• Ours is a chain of quick service restaurants like subway/quiznos etc serving sandwiches, on the side we also serve pasta, desserts and drinks. Core focus is on sandwiches.
• There is very minimal seating with no AC (air conditioning) and primarily caters to delivery and take away with a few patrons eating inside the outlet.
• We server grilled Panini sandwiches in brown bread. Being an Indian Brand, our servings are vegetarian and non-veg but the non-veg is restricted to chicken only. (No Pork, Beef or Lamb)
• Over 70% of our orders are delivery, sandwiches are designed to travel and remain warm for up-to 30 mins. (Yes, most of or sandwiches are grilled and served warm)
• Each sandwich contains about 65 gms of Panini bread, 90 gms of filling, butter and slice of cheese. No additional veggies can be added at all.
• The key is that we are serving an Indian market, that is used to eating sandwiches in square white bread, fillings usually contain tomatoes, cucumber and potatoes. Very few brands in India deliver grilled Panini sandwiches.
• Our product can be described as Value for Money, tasty and healthy.
