What's Your MO? (incorporating this in the logo is optional - See notes)

The company provides personal and executive coaching as well as leadership and team consulting to improve morale, engagement, and process.

The company's name has initials (MO) that play with the idea of Modus Operandi. The premise of the work is that outcomes can either be "driven" (forced) or "motivated" (intrinsic) and we specialize in helping companies achieve Motivated Outcomes. Company outcomes are achieved (either consciously or unconsciously) through company culture. Another way to describe a particular way of being or doing something is Modus Operandi, or MO. We're toying with the slogan "What's your MO?" as a play on this. It would likely only work if the logo emphasized the M and the O of the company name somehow. So it's optional to include the slogan because I don't want to tie your hands on design angles. I've done a book cover through 99designs and learned quickly that constraining things too much really stifles creativity and I'm looking for ideas here without too many pre-conceived notions. The only thought would be that the icon probably shouldn't be too cartoonish as it will be used to attract professional clients (though I'm pretty eccentric myself so I'm not trying to look like a law firm either). Playful/colorful is ok just not unserious. Hope that's a good start!
