“Red Catering” is the high end event catering branch of “Red Rabbit.” Specializing in both pre-packaged lunch boxes for young/hip cooperate/professional as well as more traditional catering; the food is fresh, whole, sustainable, and artisanal. “Red Catering” is “mission-based catering” riding on the coat tails of a parent company that creates healthy, from scratch cooked meals for New york city school children. "Red Catering" wants to bring a hop but classic style to the lunchbox theme and offer food that will appeal to a refined adult palette.

They are looking for a more refined, artisanal gourmet catering option for meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars and recurring (daily/weekly/bi-monthly) office lunch delivery. Additionally, we will be offering a passed hors d’oeuvres option, so our clients also have the alternative to have Red cater their more formal events. 5. What differentiates you from your competitors? We are a boutique catering company that tailors our menus to the taste and preferences of our clients.
