The design was exactly what I was looking for. Windski was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend working with him.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are building free software that will allow people to circumvent censorship in countries like China, Iran, and Saudi Arabia. Our software will work in a similar manner to Twitter and Facebook (ie. it will provide "microblogging" functionality), although it is not a website, it is software that people will run on their own computers.
Tahrir is the Arabic word for Liberation. Tahrir Square in Cairo was the focal-point for the protests that led to the 2011 Egyptian Revolution. The Internet was a powerful tool in these revolutions, but in many cases the Internet can be censored by governments. Our goal is to make that more difficult or impossible.
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
While Tahrir is an Arabic word, and is named after the Egyptian protests, please do not focus on Arabic or Egypt in your design, as it will be used in countries a long way from the middle-east where they may not understand these references.
Designs must be provided in vector-format so that they can be resized and edited easily if necessary. Illustrator and SVG formats are acceptable.
Design will be used for an application icon, so they should be roughly similar heights and widths.
Please provide examples of the design at the following sizes (you may create alternate versions of the design for the smallest size if necessary):
