How Admin80 started their logo design journey
CORAL COAST PLUMBING
Coral Coast Plumbing is a quickly expanding plumbing and gas business who is re-branding. We Having originally started out as a husband and wife team 8 years ago, the business is now in a position to take our business to move to a new level and allow it to define itself. Our previous advertising has always been basic wording and we are now looking for our logo to match our target market and to make our business stand out boldly from our competitors. We are currently moving into a new premises and wish to open with the new brand just after xmas. At that time, we will employ 9 staff and will also be looking to further expand our customer base.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our existing markets are:
Domestic ( mainly women) from a mainly, blue-collar employment environment
Commercial ( other large business owners ) This might include, for example, caravan parks, commercial buildings, Real estate agents
Builders Construction companies and home builders
Government (Government Departments and Government housing, requiring general and emergency maintenance)
Mining Both (development and maintenance work on mine sites)
We have picked some basic colours we would prefer to follow -Bright green / navy blue, after some colour research. However, we could be convinced of other colours if there was a marketing rationale behind that scheme.
Our business name matches the area in which we live, Coral Coast in Western Australia. http://www.australiascoralcoast.com…/home.aspx
This helps define where we are avaliable in WA as the area is quite large.
We are looking for something professional, which we can add to almost every aspect of our business ie; signage, shirts, business cards and website. Designers are free to be creative but a reminder that our business is based around the trades and our staff need to be comfortable and to own / like the brand as much as our customers.
We need this in a couple of formats:
Print file format : .ai (CMYK)
Web file format : .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
