I want the logo to be on the simple side. I like the idea of it being hand drawn (as shown in attached sketch) but also want it to have a modern, clean, simple, polished look where at all possible (sample hand drawn font is not as simple and clean as I would like it). I want the logo to be a magic wand, but open to designer's choice (it just cannot be a pixie, otherwise I feel like it will take away the focus of it being a kids photography company and not a site for pixies!). I want to incorporate all 6 colors shown in sketch, but to keep that only in the logo image (ie. the wand), not the type. This logo will have to be used as a watermark on photos so I am leaning towards it being an emblem, but am open to it being a word and picture duo like the "Jaguar" example provided above. I really want the finished product to match my intended brand, which is child-like, bright and colorful and also custom and high-end since this is custom, on-location, boutique kids photography business. Hope this helps give you an idea! (Target audience: well-off city/suburb families (Bellevue/Seattle) who can afford to spend thousands of dollars on capturing their children's childhood.
