The First National Bank of Cooper is a relatively small community bank located in NE Texas. It has been in operation for over 100 years and has remained under family control for that entire period. As a Federally Insured Depository Institution, the bank strives to improve the community in any way it can. For the entirety of its existence, The First National Bank of Cooper has strived to focus on the needs of both local families and local industry. Unlike many other financial institutions, the bank is both staffed & managed by local citizens. Honesty, integrity and dedication to our customers have always been, and will continue to be, the principles by which the bank operates. (There's the tidbit from our literature).
So, that should give you the essence of what we do. We are primarily a residential and consumer lending. What I mean by that is that we do very little commercial lending. So, if you are considering what to use in the logo, please keep that in mind. We are located in a small community in East Texas named Cooper, TX. We already have a logo that I would like to be used as a starting point for the new/updated logo.
To be right to the point: Our target audience are normal local people who bank with us. The intent of this logo is to turn around and have a debit card made. I consider this to be one of our best marketing tools as every customer carries a card in his or her wallet.
You can see the current logo (and how poor it looks) on our current website: http://www.fnbcooper.com
