Upscale Destination Weddings & Engagement Portraits. A few local family and high school senior portraits each year too.
This will be a redesign of my current logo concept. I MUST keep the "general" concept of my current logo. The problems are that it is too un-sophisticated and out of place on high end wedding blogs which I want to be on. The castle is too sand-castley...the font of my name is horrible. I don't care for the color either. The M is not feminine, professional, or designed well enough and the castle is too large & crafty. Overall it is too crafty or amature looking. I'd like my M to stand out on a blog advertisement but not because it's so out of place and I'd like the castle to be a great accessory that is reduced to basic lines and elements to compliment it. I would like to see my business name in a great complimentary font too(but my name is NOT the focus of the logo) The M intial is with small attached stylized castle.
My work can be seen at http://www.michellecastlephotography.com if that will help anyone get an idea of my style. My current logo is also attached. Remember this is a RE-DESIGN and i AM keeping my current concept! I do live on the beach and shoot beach weddings but that is not the only market I want to pursue! If I shoot a Midwest couple my logo needs to appeal to them also..not just southern coastal weddings. Thanks!
