This is a medical clinic, which will be a medical hub for a rural community. We are calling it a "Patient Medical Home" as we will be providing not only family physicians, but also other resources for patients, all under one roof. This will include specialists, physiotherapy, mental health services, lab, ultra sound, pharmacy, and whatever else we can bring. We want our patients to be able to stay local and to have all of the care that they require.

We are branding a number of clinics, all with the same intent. These are high quality clinics - centres of excellence. We want the logo and the tag line to remain, but the name of the clinic will change. For Example, this one in particular is the "Richmond Medical Clinic". We would use the same logo for the "Perth Medical Clinic". I'd like the font and colours defined, but the ability to change the name of the clinic as we grow.
