An online exchange for General Counsel's of businesses (or other attorneys) to quickly locate and purchase already existing documents/memos/work product that reside in law firms "files" in every state and internationally.
Think of it as a cross between Craig's list and Match.com for lawyers/GC's wanting to buy product from other lawyers.
This is a quick and trusted way to obtain work product cheaper and quicker than their current methods of obtaining information.

One idea might be to somehow bring out the X in LexAgain. Potentially also work it somehow into the tag line of "an Exchange for the sophisticated" Or somehow have an X highlighting that this is an exchange business. Just some thoughts.
Logo should mostly be the name with potentially a symbol like arrows or a play with the X as mentioned or something representing an exchange from both sides.
Would not want clip art, stock art, cartoons or figures.
Should be professional looking. The primary users are highly educated, sophisticated buyers. The look should have the feel of Secure, trust trusted, quick, affordable, intuititive, dynamic, revolutionary.
