Help kids go to school with "forever" scholarship logo

Saint Peter's Catholic School
We are a Catholic elementary school seeking to start a special "forever" scholarship fund for students in need.
We are trying to create a logo for a new scholarship program at our Catholic school, called The Forever Fund. I am imagining a circular logo, with our school name at the top somewhere, and "Forever Fund" along the bottom. The school name can be in a smaller or more compressed font compared to “Forever Fund,” which should be what most catches one’s eye. Our school colors are red, white, and gold, but the logo does not necessarily have to be in those colors, as it will normally stand on its own. We plan on using this on paperwork and promotional pieces for the scholarship fund, so it should be simple enough that it could work when somewhat small (such as two inches wide on letterhead) but still work well when larger (such as four inches wide in a newspaper ad or bulletin announcement). In the middle of the circle or somehow incorporated into the logo, I am thinking that we have an illustration of a boy and a girl in our school uniform, heads bowed in prayer and their hands raised in front of them in “praying” position. I am imagining that the children are not quite photorealistic but not a cartoon either, kind of like a typical clipart. The students would be about pre-K or kindergarten age, to better tug at the heartstrings of viewers, kind of like those "Precious Moments" figurines. I am imagining that, if we are successful in this program, other Catholic schools near us might begin using this logo and changing it to fit their school name and perhaps adjusting the logo colors or the look of the uniforms to better match their school. So if you win this contract, we would pass on your contact information to any new schools, and you could have the possibility of working with them to adjust this logo for their school. I have attached photos of the uniforms to use as a reference, and also a little sketch to use as a possible jumping off point. (But I am not an artist, so please do not be limited by my lack of imagination or skill!) Thank you and may God bless you!
