The name is derived from our street addresses, I live on Portland St and my business partner lives on Bridge St. We have adjoining yards where we grow much of the produce we incorporate in our products.We are located in eastern Ontario, Canada in a community known as Prince Edward County.

A shared appreciation of good food sourced locally, a shared interest in traditional recipes and methods of preparation, a shared respect for local history and traditions, and a shared garden – all these inspired two neighbours to form what we call the Portland Bridge Pickling Society.
