I used the picture of the player only to show the colors and i used the logo to show an abreviation of generations, something like bGs would posibly work also est 2011. I was also thinking the abreviation should be in front of a royal shield like with the lions or wings. It may even look good in a simple circle like the picture thats attatched. i added a picture of the raiders shield to show what style shield i want and the one with the wings just shows creativity behind the actual logo. i like the wings but i also like leaves or a lion head on both sides of the logo.
