Onima comes from the Greek word "anima" meaning "true self" or "animating principle" or "soul" or "spirit". The basic idea is that we enable others to discover their true self and then to live and act from that understanding to ultimately achieve a fullfilling, purposeful and meaningful life.
We do the following:
--we consult with executive teams and train them to be innovative, creative, and effective.
--we lead trainings and workshops for larger organizations and their employees. Size of events can be between 20 and 20,000
--we develop framework and material in books and videos that help normal people, executives and people from all walks of life to live from their true self to be happy, healthy, peaceful and effective.
