Help create a Chef logo Drake would like

GREAT STARTING POINT: The works of Ji Li who said, "The challenge, is to visualize the meaning of a word, using only the graphic elements of the letters forming the word." See attachments in the References section. The works of Daniel Carlmatz who said, "The objective was to visualize the meanings of the words by using symbolism, negative space, or by adding geometric elements to the letters." See attachments in the References section. SPECIFICS OF MY BRIEF: - This logo is intended for an Instagram account profile image and any text needs to be legible at that size. That said, I would like it to look good on a red t-shirt, black t-shirt, a white t-shirt and burnt into a brown cardboard-coloured cutting board. - Initial thought is some sort of three lobed (multi-lobed) Chef's hat with the letters of the name somehow incorporated into the hat to both spell the name Chef Boyar Tee AND make the image look like a face i.e. a character. - The "face" should me male but NOT suggest hypermasculinity. -The face should be racially agnostic. Please avoid characteristics which make the "face" of the person appear to be of a specific racial background. - Prefer that the lobes of the Chef's hat are not fully connected. - Perhaps the word "Chef" is positioned above the hat or somewhere that a viewer "might see" all of the letters in the name within the drawing and can read the words Chef Boyar Tee. Example: B= eyes, O= the nose, Y= mouth and/or chin, A & R= some aspect of the character's chin or whatever you think works, T= I stuck it at the top, but was just messing around and hadn't really thought it through AND I'm not an artist in the slightest. E= both E's were placed as ears. See attachment below (green ink). - Perhaps to other viewers they just see a chef's hat even though the elements of the letters of the words have been incorporated into the image, they don't see them. Kind of like those optical illusion type photos. Where one sees a different image depending on where one focuses one's eyes. Examples: "Rubin's Vase/Rubin's faces," "The Duck/Rabbit," "My Wife and Mother-in-Law," "Octavio Ocampo Family of Birds." - Would like the logo to adhere to a 2.25 units wide to 1 unit tall ratio approximately. Logo is visually wider than it is tall. - Even though I like banners, patches, shields, coat of arms as logo shapes, I prefer it not to be circular in shape. - I prefer hexagonal shapes even if they're irregular hexagons. - Not looking for a cartoonish look. That said, there are some that look good. - Definitely NOT looking for a clip-art look. - I absolutely loved the Angry Chef piece from this site (by lemon yellow or yellow lemon) There isn't anything about it that I didn't like.  The designer perfectly encapsulates an angry chef IMHO . . . I love that piece. - Attachment #1 is of a crappy, quickly sketched (by me) image meant to illustrate the whole Chef Boyar Tee, letters incorporated into a face type of thing. - See the JPEG of the restaurant "Stack" as an example of a font that I love.
