Thank you so much for the design for my logo. It is simple, clean, just what I wanted. It will be used for years to come. Thank you for doing all that I asked you to do, even though I went with the first design after all. :)
Great design. MikMary is great to work with. Responsive to creative direction. Going to use for other projects.

How BrianTC started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Deep Roots Medicinals
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a medical marijuana provider and a marijuana growing consultant. I am a plant physiologist by training and education and grow a very high quality product relative to the local industry. I want my business image to be that of professionalism, discreetness, and respect. My target audience is patients who have a real medical concern that is helped or alleviated through the use of medical marijuana and marijuana-infused products. I do NOT want to target the young "stoner" population.
By law, I cannot target underage audiences, therefore any image that can be construed (even remotely) as "cartoony" cannot be in my logo. I am open to logos that contain either the whole business name (Deep Roots Medicinals), or partial (Deep Roots), or initials (DRM?), or none....as I am not sure which would be best. Open to suggestions here!
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

My business has been in place for some time -- but I recently came across a new business opening in a different state with an eerily similar business concept/logo/name. Looking for a logo is my first attempt at solidifying my place in the market. I would like to maintain the feeling of cleanliness, simplicity, and professionalism.
The Deep Roots name has a lot of meaning to me -- both biologically and spiritually. As a plant physiologist, I have been fascinated by learning about roots -- in particular, the fact that the health of the root system is directly responsible for all potential for above-ground growth and production. That is, without a strong root system, there is nothing. This applies to life as well -- without digging through sometimes difficult and uncomfortable experiences and learnings, we have no potential for growth into new light and new health. My business is based on this concept, and I would love to have it somehow (even if remotely) portrayed in my logo if possible. Of course, I also want it clean and simple!
