How RwandaTradingCompany started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Coffee Exporters & Processors Association of Rwanda
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
CEPAR is the collective voice of the coffee exporters of Rwanda. CEPAR presents the concerns of coffee exporters to the government. CEPAR will also have a presence at coffee trade shows in Europe and America, in case, representing the groups products. Since the logo will represent the group in both serious, professional settings and a more relaxed, creative environment, the logo needs to cater to both needs, thus being professional and respectful, but not extremely serious.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I've attached an image of the old logo. Obviously, it was terrible and as a result, it was never used, however the organization is looking for an improved version of this style/layout.
I've also attached an image of a person holding green coffee in their hands. We would like this to be the centerpiece of the logo. It should be noted that CEPAR represents coffee exporters which sale GREEN, unroasted coffee. There should be no brown coffee in this logo. The organization has requested the main portion of the logo to include hands holding green coffee (and some coffee falling from the hands).
