Our final design was exactly what we were after. The designers were professional, gave us great ideas to work with, were prompt in their reply and followed direction well.
The only thing that could be improved is the interaction between designers via the website. Each day we received around 100 designs and the designers would ask for feedback on their new design. But when we clicked on it, we couldn't see their previous work to compare with, instead we would have to scroll through all the designs to find it before we could compare and comment. Then we would have to do this for each new message. If there was a way to connect the designers new work with all the things they previously posted for efficient reference, that would be great.
We have had a fantastic experience with 99Designs and would recommend to everyone.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Building a global movement of young leaders to promote equity and social justice through music and the arts. Musicians and artists have always played a significant role in shaping our history and world. Music can take us from happy to sad, or devastated to inspired, as fast as the music hits our ears. Researchers have found that music and music therapy can make impact where no other interventions can, especially in areas of the world that are experiencing the effects of poverty.
Children in Harmony (Harmony) is an organization dedicated to working with young people around the world to make sure the next generation of artists and leaders come from all parts of the globe, and all parts of every community. We work with young artists to help promote concepts such as gender equity, social justice, emotional intelligence, and empowerment through music and the arts.

We work mainly in the developing world, in places like Tanzania, Colombia, India, etc. We want to convey that we use music training with kids around 9 to 11 years old to teach empathy, gender equity, and social justice.
