My audience is professional. College graduates, typically 5-10+ years of work experience. Some of the audience is very technical, but not all. All are naturally good communicators and problem-solvers.
I have an existing audience at bridging-the-gap.com, but mybusinessnanalysiscareer.com will be a new site for a paid online learning environment -- so this is exclusive for paying customers.
Some good metaphors to build on include: ladder (as in career ladder), paths, and steps. The guiding principle behind this product line is helping professionals continuously move forward in their careers -- taking steps, moving up the ladder, etc. However, the audience is very collaborative and while always wanting to improve professionally, this is not a race to the top.
While this is an online learning environment, I'd prefer not to have the logo represent online or virtual or otherwise constrain the business in this way. I could include offline elements in the future.
