This is a 6 week weight loss program for anyone but especially women age 38-65. She has stubborn weight to lose and has noticed other things like hair loss, hormone challenges, belly fat (visceral fat) and she doesn't want to work out like a man or have to sweat all day to lose a lbs. She wants to reverse the aging process and look sexy in clothes again. She wants to be noticed because she has noticed she's become invisible since putting on the last 30 lbs. She has low energy and wants to know what to eat and how to eat it to feel alive 25 again. She wants to wear a bikini or just a damn bathing suite without feeling gross. This is a 6 week program but one-on-one nutrition counseling is also a product / service and protein shakes and other supplements will be on the market soon for Moxie Bod for great hair, skin, nails, energy boosting and reversal of aging process....they will give clients the necessary nutrition so the body will lose weight easier and faster. They will boost HGH (human growth hormone) and give vital nutrients lacking in the typical American diet. Even though I've picked 'physical fitness' as a category for this the category is more like 'health & wellness.'
