How Reid Sellgren started their logo design journey
We are a 5 year old successful online etailer of heated bathroom products. Our largest sellers are our heated flooring, heated towel racks and our heated (fog free) mirrors. We own and are currently developing two other sites that will also need logos and revamping of the website artwork (bathroomplace.com, comfortablecabin.com). As an organization we plan to have 6 to 12 websites with each generating $1M+ per year over the next 6 years.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a 'one stop' shop for designers, builders and homebuyers to make and easy single purchase. The itch we try to scratch is a warm and cozy bathroom, a home away from home, a spa upstairs. Designers can specify our products for a bathroom or spa project and direct either the consumer or builder to the site for purchase.
A sexy, slick, modern looking logo that will immediately be incorporated into the site and used on our postcard and other direct marketing campaigns. The enventual redesign of the websites look and feel will incorporate this logo into a web 2.0 format including social media. We will eventually be looking for a consistent feel amongst the other sites.
