kristinPuW got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Health coach certification training looking for A+ logo
Check out kristinPuW's Logo design contest…
No, but we would like to explore a variation of the logo that has the acronym for our company name: IPE
We offer a health coach certification training rooted in eating psychology and nutrition. Our target audience is women aged 27 to 65.
Other color requirements
Would like to the designer to pull from our existing brand colors - we attached a PDF.
Yes, our company provides a very special type of health coach training rooted in eating psychology, which involves the thoughts, feelings and beliefs we have about food, eating, and our bodies. We are a positive, uplifting organization that helps people normalize eating challenges like overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, endless dieting, body image, etc. We offer a health coach training unlike any other on the planet and want our logo to reflect that. While we teach nutrition, our main focus is on psychology, and how people relate to eating and their body. We do NOT want to use food images or icons. We also don't want anything super conventional, traditional, or expected. We're undergoing a major brand overhaul and are skewing much more towards modern. We're attaching two logos that we've had made up for us, both of which we like elements of (especially the typography), but not in love with. FYI - we'd love a logo that is circular in design (our web designer has a wonderful concept that a sort of "stamped" logo effect would look great on) and we'd like to use between 1-3 of our brand colors, which are included on the attached document. We want something that evokes inspiration, inclusivity, kindness, and reflects our innovative, revolutionary nature. We're all about tapping into one's inner wisdom and seeing eating challenges as a doorway into our deeper self. We'd like the logo to be clean, modern, and warm. Please note that the example logos that we "liked" - ie "Leopard Photography," "Crown Paint" etc - we don't love that much, but we didn't really like the examples that 99Designs gave us, so tried to pick ones that we liked at least a little :)

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
