Header and Mini-Header for Contributor Blog

Main header dimensions- anywhere from 643x161px to 985x250px (depending on your design) "mini-header" template dimensions - around 600x50px

Desired Color Scheme: no specific requirements, but lighter colors are better Accepted File Formats: Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) We are launching a WordPress blog that is going to be written by about 30 contributors. The blog is gong to be branded as "The Forum" and I want to use a Roman Forum inspired theme for the design since we have so many contributors and they will be interacting with each other (example links are at the bottom of the ad). I have the main page designs, but I am still lacking a main header image and a contributor "mini-header" template. The main header will brand the blog as "The Forum" and the "mini-header" will brand each contributor (headshot, name, location). Basically I am looking for as creative a design as possible and am open to almost anything out there. Be as creative as you can with the header and how it incorporates with the rest of the "forum" theme. I will attach some images to use as reference for what I'm looking for.
