This designer was located on the other side of the earth so there was a very short delay between our communications which is expected (we are probably sleeping when they are awake). The edits were all done very accurately and communication was excellent. I would definitely use this designer again.
How Red 5 Group started their logo design journey
Check out our website: http://www.redwirez.com to get a feel for the company. The website is a homespun kinda thing so we'll be redoing it around the logo and some new products. We sell products that help musicians and project studios get professional results on the cheap and without pissing off the neighbors.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Home recordists, up-and-coming producers, musicians and guitar geeks... mostly guys who wear black T-shirts, have long hair and aren't afraid to post pictures of themselves on Facebook snarling and "throwing the horns"... with a few respectable, hard-working, touring pros thrown in.
We're looking for a simple logo that looks good in the upper-left corner of a web page. If it looks good in print, then that's a bonus but not required.
We really don't have any preconceived notions or direction other than some of the motifs used on the website. We like the gray, red, light yellow and black color scheme, but aren't wedded to it.
