Guaranteed Prize Money for Web Media Company Logo

I run a small web company where I manage a wide variety of websites from video game forums to product review websites. If you visit thgwebmedia.com you'll see an outdated list of some of the sites I run. (Don't use this site as a basis for the logo though please, it's a terrible free design template I threw up on the web 2 years ago just to put something up).

After I get the logo created, I want to use it for business cards immediately and then follow it up with a simple website design which will allow me to highlight the various websites I run for potential advertisers and consulting services. (So as I mentioned above, if I like your logo design there is a chance we can work again on the website design).

The logo will be used on our new website and on business cards. Both of these would be seen by potential advertisers, clients for consulting, business associates etc. so it can't look cheap or amateur.

First of all I'm not a designer so I want you to be creative as possible while keeping in mind the target audience I've mentioned above.

I am looking for a warm, open, inviting and simple logo that can be used on our new website (not created yet) and business cards.

1. I would prefer 'thg' to be lowercase and 'WebMedia' to be capitalized as such; however, don't let that stop you if you have a good design idea to list the text out some other way
2. I would like to receive the final logo in as many file formats as you can provide for the uses I've listed above (at very least .psd)
3. Don't include LLC in the logo unless it's very small or won't detract from the logo
4. Be creative but remember my target audience
