I am a customer relationship management (CRM) consultant, considered "the closest thing to a rock star in CRM" by the industry. I focus on forward thinking ideas - strategies to engage customers so that businesses can be more successful. I am the author of a book on CRM called "CRM at the Speed of Light" called "the bible of the industry"

Just that it needs to reflect forward thinking and might not be the worst thing to reflect the book title - CRM at the Speed of Light. Youthful in attitude, experienced in execution. Humor is something to be used subtly but can be used. My target audience is large enterprises - in the software industry (e.g. Salesforce.com; Microsoft, Oracle, SAP etc.) and on the practitioner side (e.g. Pepsico, Procter & Gamble, David's Bridal, Nordstroms - mostly business to consumer companies). Simply expressed the logo should be contemporary looking.
