YottaClick
YottaClick is the pioneer in real-time targeted advertising for Twitter. Our mission is to provide advertisers with the ability to identify, categorize and reach the most valuable users across the social web.
Our name comes from the combination of Yotta and Click. Yotta is the largest scientific unit (giga, tera, peta, exa, zetta, yotta) and stands for 10 followed by 24 zeros. and Click because we are an ad company optimizing for ad clicks.
YottaClick was founded in 2009 by a team of Ph.D's from the University of Illinois. We believe that social networks can enable a radically new method of delivering targeted advertising - based on user needs at a particular point in time. Our classification system uses proprietary, natural language processing technology to generate real-time user profiles that are updated with each user interaction on the social web. We are currently in beta and working with the leading advertising networks and agencies to demonstrate the power of our classification system.
YottaClick will act as an ad network, linking websites with advertisers, thus there are two key target audiences
Websites, which will initially be third party twitter applications (eg. http://stocktwits.com or http://twitpic.com). These tend to be edgier web companies.
The second audience is advertisers who will want to advertise on the websites we have signed up.
We are looking for a logo to represent our ad network -- YottaClick. This logo will be incorporated into designs for our website and word/powerpoint templates.
The symbol for Yotta(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yotta) is a capital Y, which may guide you to the design, but please do not feel constrained around this.
We are looking for something edgy, and interesting, with colors that will guide the brand.
A similar company's logo is here:http://www.admob.com/img/ad_mob_logo_header.gif
We do not wish to constrain you on design or color, but please ask questions and we will try and be as responsive as possible.
We would like adobe illustrator, scalable vector graphics, and jpeg versions for the site.
