Yellena is a very creative and organized designer. She clearly spent the time to consider all information in the design brief and thought about all of the spaces and applications in which our logo would display and designed something that's functional, attractive and fun!
She was very responsive to feedback and kept in touch consistently throughout the contest. I would definitely work with her again! Thank you!
How Do Good Lab started their logo design journey
Do Good Lab
We are a group of six like-minded volunteers who came together to create change and momentum. Our newly formed organization receives proposals from different parts of the world and chooses those who fit our mission. We support them by fundraising and bringing light to their community and cause.
"Our mission is to promote and empower existing locally-envisioned and community-led sustainable initiatives to improve living conditions in developing nations."
So far we have had one successful fundraising event for the earthquake relief efforts in Haiti. We are currently in the planning stages for our first major project: building a school in a slum in Nairobi.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target audience is anyone interested in helping our cause and promoting the work in developing nations: donors, volunteers, educators, other organizations, businesses
We want a logo that looks professional but doesn’t look corporate. We would like to see a fun, positive and fresh logo as this is what we feel the team is.
We are looking for a logo that can be used on business cards, a website as well as on large banners. We prefer a logo that is versatile enough to be used in different color palettes (even black and white).
