Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Paleo in Go Paleo! refers to taking our eating and lifestyle habits
back to evolutionary principles to bring about optimum health. Sometimes
referred to as "the caveman diet", Paleo advocates using modern foods and
emulating those that our pre-agricultural ancestors had access to: meats, fish,
poultry, vegetables, fruits, roots and nuts. Conversely, grain, legumes and
dairy are not a part of the Paleo diet.
Our target audience is primarily a mix of young 20-30-somethings who are
health-conscious and looking to improve or maintain their health and older
40-Plus individuals who have a specific dietary challenges or diseases and are
seeking solutions to their health issues through a Paleo diet.
Currently, Go Paleo! is a website designed to be a one-stop shop for tips,
articles, resources and news on all things Paleo. Future expansion of the Go
Paleo! brand will include eBooks, educational seminars, webinars and

Nothing too cartoon-y. No cavemen. We like how, for example, PaleoSecret interpreted their site logo--contrasting two colors in the two words "Go" and "Paleo" are fine.
