The target market for our services are managers and executives who are involved in global business operations.
Global Teamwork Group is a new sister company to Japan Intercultural Consulting (http://www.japanintercultural.com) which was founded 16 years ago. Over the years, we have developed expertise in countries other than Japan, but it was difficult to advance that work under the Japan-oriented brand name. So we have decided to launch a new brand to house our more global focused work, while leaving Japan Intercultural Consulting to continue its work focusing on Japan. We expect that many clients of Global Teamwork Group, at least initially, will be familiar with Japan Intercultural Consulting.
We love the Japan Intercultural Consulting logo, and receive many compliments on it. We hope to find something as striking for Global Teamwork Group, but at the same time want it to be very different, to reflect that it's a separate company with different services.
Since we want to use this logo around the world, we want to avoid any color scheme or imagery that is too reminiscent of any particular country's flag or symbols. We want something that looks neutral in that sense.
Since we plan to be active in social networking, we prefer a logo that can be made into an icon/avatar easily.
