Drawing on groundbreaking research in neuroscience, mindfulness meditation, and mind/body medicine, Mindful Birthing offers educational tools and intensive training sessions aimed at helping parents find calm, ease, and better birth outcomes during this life-changing time, providing lifelong skills for healthy living and wise parenting. Two target audiences: expectant parents and their partners Birthing professionals (midwives, nurses, doulas, etc)
