Need Gift Logo for Boyfriend's new Business

Jay Spahn is opening new business Spahn Superior, LLC for Real Estate, Home Inspections. Used to have his own construction company and this company will serve as an umbrella company for all his real estate investments but is starting as his home inspection business. Probably will expand to appraisals, construction, and hold his real estate investments.Want a logo that conveys professional, sharp with a unique flair and totally solid at the same time as we live in Austin Texas. Got some great feedback about not needing the LLC in the name so you can do the logo with or without and we will just file a dba regardless.

I want a logo in ai and pdf that can be utliized to design a business suite and given as a gift to Jay.  We live in Austin Texas and want a logo that is going to instill trust but has a little more hip style.  I would like the logo to appeal to a range of real estate agents and investors including builders who build out large quanities of homes at once, high end swanky real estate to ranch estates so that Jay can market to a range of different clientele.  What makes Jay different is that he comes from on old line Wisconsin farm family, super trustworthy and competent, no bull****, reliable, confident, and he understands customer service.  Ex-race car driver, guys guy who understands, rides high end BMW car and motorcycles, loves animals and he is a natural leader who wants to have a business that relies on his name and strength of character that is downplayed very much by him.  I realized that I should reference that where we live what is big is the star of Texas, the Longhorns Color Orange (our football team for University of Texas) so if you want to integrate any of those elements as an option.
