Individuals selling their homes privately within Australia.
Although here we write some ideas and concepts, please feel free to experiment without limits. All work must be original and not taken from clip arts.
Overall Look: professional, sharp, simple, modern, dynamic, inspires trust and quality and incorporates some real estate imagery (auction gavel, house, etc)
Required design work:
Logo (2 versions- including and excluding the catch phrase and including the “TM” symbol for both logo and catch phrase). Logo should be designed using domain name - ie Homebidder.com.au
Business cards
Stationery- letterhead and with compliments (A4 (is Australian size)- not US Letter).
E-book (this will be included in our website with “hints and tips” around selling your own home. Please can you design this (front and back cover and inside banner) and make it easily adjustable should we need to alter any imagery). Again this should be A4 format.
File format: The format of the above designs must be one that we are able to adjust once the files are received, particularly around placement of text as well as the text itself (ie no pdf files please).
Good luck- we are looking forward to seeing some great design work!
