Fun and Unique logo for a networking event in the millyard

This will be a networking event for small business owners to come and walk through the mills by the river and network with one another. It will be relaxed and fun.

I’m mostly interested in wordmark, pictorial and combination logos, but I’m open to all ideas. Some things that could potentially work for the imagery would be millyard, footsteps, talk bubbles (networking). I think it would be overkill to use them all but open to ideas. Maybe the talk bubble with the mill building? I've attached some photos of the Manchester, NH mills for reference as this will be where the events will be held.d When I mention footsteps I was thinking more shoe footsteps. Although most of those concepts haven't really worked thus far. I think focusing on the talking and the mill aspect would be best.
