Fun cartoon character wanted to sell snorkel masks sets

We are a snorkel and scuba accessory company. Target audience is people who are into the water sports to include snorkeling, scuba diving and free diving.

Idea is to have a dog's head (maybe a bulldog) with a mask and snorkel with the company name around the dog head in an arch. Colors or the dog would be brown, mask and snorkel could be yellow or green and the words in blue. Would also want an white and black version of what ever logo is created.
