Fresh logo needed for a new functional foods brand!

Splendid Nutrition is a functional foods ecommerce brand that will sell powdered drinks for focus, whole foods supplements, CBD wellness and sleep products, and other nutritional products that serve a distinct purpose.

The attached brand book outline the business and my initial thoughts for the brand look and feel. This contest is only for the logo. There are a few draft ideas for the logo in the brand book, but please do not feel like you have to provide a logo that looks like the examples. I want to see some ideas that play off of the draft ideas provided, but also some new creative concepts that would work with the themes that I have laid out here. Do not need to use the same fonts or colors or design ideas - they are just meant as a reference for what I am thinking. Looking for a logo that would work as a seal or stamp on products, and could be shown in a single color with a contrasting background. Something that looks good close up, but also looks good at much smaller scale (like 100x100px in a browser). Color is not so important because I want to be able to use as a single color against a contrasting background (monochrome). No gradients or multi-color designs required. I am inspired by the image of a solar eclipse, right as the sun goes behind the moon. I also really like designs that incorporate geometry, but also feel clean and approachable, not mathematical and complex. Something that looks like it would appear in the sky (a sun, star, or planet). The look and feel should be clean, almost minimalist, and slightly whimsical or magical feeling, but should also have a polished, sophisticated feel.
