Fresh Logo for "HealthySelf Reset" Nutrition Challenge!
Check out infoxOp's Logo design contest…
Food & Drink
We are creating a 30 day free nutrition and fitness challenge that will help people focus on cleaning up their diet, by removing added sugars, gluten and dairy and explore more variety and recipes in the kitchen. We're also giving people 4 weeks of workouts they can do anywhere and ideas for doing some exercise for 5 minutes in the morning first thing when they wake up. The program will be called the “HealthySelf Reset” and anyone can register to participate and gain access to the tools and resources. This is more of a "reset" or "kickstart" with the idea that it is helping people to get back on track or refocus on a healthy lifestyle that they will then sustain for the year rather than a diet or challenge. It will start mid-January. The program is brought you by Julie Foucher (www.juliefoucher.com) - Cleveland Clinic medical student, 4x CrossFit Games Athlete, Pursuing Health Podcast and Train with JF (crossfit) programming & Brigid Titgemeier - Functional Medicine Dietitian Nutritionist at The Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine, Adjunct Nutrition Instructor and Nutrition Blogger (www.beingbrigid.com) Target audience is pretty wide open: anyone who wants to do a food/nutrition to lose weight, learn to cook new recipes, get healthier, or refocus on getting healthier. This can include all age ranges but typically 25+. Also, this group typically already sees the value of wholesome food and has the monetary means to purchase fresh specialty produce/foods (some disposable income).
As far as colors and fonts, we are thinking something to represent "new, fresh, health, vibrancy" so maybe greens or blues? We were thinking probably a thinner font rather than something that is very bold. Here is Brigid's website for some inspiration of her style, which we really like and could incorporate into the HealthySelf Reset logo http://www.beingbrigid.com Attached are some pictures from the beingbrigid branding as inspiration and pictures of Julie and Brigid to understand the vibe.
