HR4Entrepreneurs
I am a seasoned Human Resources and Leadership Development professional who moved to San Diego CA to start my consulting company. I am not your typical HR person because I don't do payroll or any administrative tasks, rather I set up HR infrastructure, policy, processes, find and hire great people, develop managers, teach leaders and inspire CEO's to create employer of choice organizations. I am a leader who believes managers should create the environment so employees can do their best. I work hard to create good company cultures as well as ensure the company is in compliance and operating using best practices. I do this because I started my career with a very entrepreneurial company and loved the passion, hard work and team spirit we had. Now I want to help other company's find that joy in work.
My target audience is small to mid size entrepreneurs who are growing and either can't afford to hire seasoned HR professionals, or don't think they need a high level HR person, until of course they do:)
Most of my past work experience has been with advertising agencies and marketing companies, however I work with all types of companies located in Southern California.
I want a logo that is hip, fresh and in some way represents the energy of an entrepreneur (strategic, hard worker, out of the box thinker, risk taker). The logo should also be professional but not necessarily corporate. I want my logo to include my tag line which is
HR4Entrepreneurs
HR you need. Leadership you want.
I am currently working on my website, which will have pictures of young, attractive, professionals in action in a clean white background. I am open to color choices, and I am looking for vibrant colors. I will be using the logo for multiple purposes including: My website, business cards, on power point presentations, newletters and brochures. I will need the logo to look good small and large.
I had a logo designed by a friend, but I am not thrilled with it. You can view it at:
http://www.hr4entrepreneurs.com. Really the only thing I like about that logo is the arrow in the 4.
Have fun...I can't wait to see what you come up with.
